TOULOUSE, France An 11-year-old boy jumped to his death from theseventh floor of an apartment building after he was caught trying tosteal a $14 toy, police said Tuesday. The boy, whose identity wasnot released, was caught stealing the toy in a supermarket Saturday,a police source said.
