FED:Aust girl dies in US car crash: report
A 10-year-old Australian girl has reportedly been killed in a two-vehicle crash in
the United States.
The New York Post has reported the girl was thrown from a van when a car smashed into
it, and was pinned underneath.
She died at the scene.
The report says another six people have been injured, although not seriously.
Australian consular staff say they're trying to confirm US media reports of the collision,
which allegedly occurred in New York City.
